Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
No requests will be entertained after this period.

Refund Policy

70% of the paid amount will be refunded after inspection.
30% is non-refundable to cover handling and restocking costs.

Product Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Returns must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Elyrose Shoes does not cover return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Provide your Order Number and Reason for Return.
After approval, ship the product to the return address we provide.
